We are a group of 8 adults and stayed at the Marvella villa in early October for 5 nights and it was SPECTACULAR! The owner is so friendly and... ... Read More helpful and we really enjoyed meeting and chatting with him. This place is luxurious and really is exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed and more and is equipped with all high end amenities. The kitchen has great appliances, coffee makers and has plenty of space, and the common area and kitchen both walk right out to the gorgeous outdoor living area with heated pool, large outdoor dining area, and fireplace. We loved how all bedrooms were ensuite primary bedrooms all with balconies overlooking the sea with very comfortable king beds (1 room has 2 queens and the other 4 all have a king bed) and lovely bathrooms with great showers. Everything in this Villa is high end, luxurious, super clean, and comfortable. We spent most of our days in the heated pool enjoying the amazing view and sunsets and walked down the path to the sea to swim a few times. The sauna, yoga, and workout rooms are really nice touches - we really enjoyed having the sauna. The location is wonderful with your own little piece of waterfront property and just a short safe walk into Rogoznica, a 10 minute drive to the quaint historic town of Primosten, and only a 1/2 hour drive to Trogir and 45 minute drive to Split. There is so much to do nearby! Great restaurants, grocery stores, markets, the lovely beaches of Primosten, We hired a boat captain to yacht through the islands out of Trogir which made for a lovely day, enjoyed a cooking class in Trogir, explored nearby wineries which were wonderful, hiked out at Krka park, and enjoyed some local delicious restaurants and Michelin dining. We had a fabulous trip and the Villa really is so spectacular and not to be missed. It is beautiful, everything was perfect, and the owner is a really wonderful person! We all loved our stay and highly, highly recommend staying here! We hope to come back again and stay in the villas with family sometime sooni.

Great hosts. The kitchen is amazing. The water pressure is great. Plenty of parking space. Very spacious inside. High ceiling on the first floor (double height ceiling). Awesome pool. Great location. Very comfortable beds. Great soundproofing of the rooms (we know, because we went there with a baby). What else is there to say? We had the best time.

Bycicles, gym, yoga studio, pool, see and almost private beach in front of the house, entertainment for everyone. Kitchen is extra, it can serve without any problem sometimes even 15 people ! Read More cold for us and red wine was seductively presented with mouth-blown glasses from Spiegelau. Already on arrival we were given the feeling of relaxation and privacy. Short handover with the most important info about the house and air conditioning, designer kitchen,... and already we went to bed. The next morning then the view kick with an incredible view of the sea in front of our feet, almost surreal. We recommend the villa with all the comforts and the loving owners 100%! Read More endless views across the water - we used the BBQ every night and ate outside. But the inside kitchen is also just fantastic - a wonderful space to hang out and cook, plus lots of space for food in the fridge. The owners have really thought about everything you need in the kitchen. Inside, there is also so much space to relax and enjoy, The beds and bedrooms are super comfortable. One thing I really love is that all of the bedrooms face the water and have sliding doors that open to a balcony or terrace - so at night you can leave the doors open and enjoy the sound of the waves. The surroundings are just lovely. It's an easy hop down the stairs and over the rocks for a swim in the ocean. Apparently it's a short 2km walk along the water to the near by town - but I found myself not wanting to leave the villa so didn't go... I will next time for sure! I highly recommend Villa Esperia to anyone wanting the best possible holiday in an idyllic setting. I will definitely return if I have the opportunity in the future!
