We are looking forward to having you enjoy our waterfront luxury Animare Villas.

You may book your stay with us via our Book Now page or via email at [email protected].

To confirm the booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is to be paid within 3 working days, via bank transfer, or your reservation will be cancelled. The 70% balance is to be paid no later than 6 weeks before your arrival, or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation while retaining the full deposit amount. If booking within 6 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

All payments are to be done in Euros.

We are also requiring a 1000 € refundable damage deposit, that can either be transferred to us up to 6 weeks before your arrival, or it can be paid in cash on site at arrival. The deposit will be returned to you upon inspection of the villa, after your check-out, providing there are no damages.

All cancellations must be notified in writing. If you cancel your holiday more than 6 weeks before it is due to start, then your deposit will be forfeit. If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the holiday, then the full balance remains due and is not refundable.
